We are going back to Western Culinary Institute in Portland, OR and my time at Bouchon under Thomas Keller. I learned strong foundations through the mantra of mise en place, and through the lens of French Gastronomy.
I didn’t think I learned anything. Until, I walked into every kitchen since.
A strong foundation provides us the freedom to create and French Cooking is foundational.
A good place to start a new beginning.
We are hosting a 12 course tasting menu experience!
The menu is inspired by 12 French Culinary Icons who have inspired me.

Menu Accommodations
With advanced notice we can accommodate some dietary restrictions. Please reach out prior to finalizing tickets if you have concerns or allergies. Due to the synchronized nature of our tasting events, some menus can be more limited in terms of the restrictions we can work with.
Purchases/Ticketing
Event tickets include food and experience.
All events are BYOB. Suggested retail pairings provided.
We do provide an opportunity for gratitude at the time of event.
Confirmations
Once your tickets are confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the address and everything you need to know on the day-of the event!
Transferrable
Tickets purchased for seats at a Boujetto event are non-refundable.
If you cannot make it to an event, please feel free to transfer your tickets to a friend or loved one. Please let us know if you do so. This will allow us to provide them with an equally wonderful experience.
We enjoy sharing our theme, but we prefer to keep our menus a surprise.
