I would like to introduce a cooking concept I call Regional Road Trippin’.
It’s an intimate omakase style dinner series exploring my love of cultural geography.
My infatuation with the many cultures that make up this world is why I started cooking in the first place. I have learned that food is a bridge between that brings us together. It is something to be celebrated.
I’ve been making food for coffee shops for quite a while. I am ready to serve some fish.
I fell in love with low country raw bars during my time in Savannah and Charleston.
We had a raw bar in the ballroom during my time Cheffing at Husk in Savannah. It was my favorite part of the experience. I’d love to share that you.
We are serving a Charleston Raw Bar Omakase in Roswell for two nights only.
There will be two seatings per night; 5:30pm & 7:30pm.
Each seating accommodates ten guests. Please choose the day and time that suits you best.
I look forward to presenting you low country gifts of goodness!

Menu Accommodations
With advanced notice we can accommodate some dietary restrictions. Please reach out prior to finalizing tickets if you have concerns or allergies. Due to the synchronized nature of our tasting events, some menus can be more limited in terms of the restrictions we can work with.
Purchases/Ticketing
Event tickets are all-inclusive.
We do provide an opportunity for gratitude at the time of event.
Confirmations
Once your tickets are confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the address and everything you need to know on the day-of the event!
Transferrable
Tickets purchased for seats at a Boujetto event are non-refundable.
If you cannot make it to an event, please feel free to transfer your tickets to a friend or loved one. Please let us know if you do so. This will allow us to provide them with an equally wonderful experience.
We enjoy sharing our theme, but we prefer to keep our menus a surprise.
